We finally got the recording configuration set up the way we like it.  The bonuses are many:

  1. We can play from the couch
  2. Our stupid heads aren’t in our own way in the game
  3. The camera makes us look amazingly attractive

The downside is that the camera shuts off after about 12 minutes of video.  So, we have to look into other options there.

With our new setup we decided to play Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime on a friend’s recommendation.  Turns out that this game freaking rules!  It’s two-player cooperative and you both run around inside of a space ship manning the different stations (navigation, pilot, gunner, shields, etc).  It’s like a cute version of Space Nerds in Space, which is also an amazing game.

You might notice a link in the video (when the Dr. Hopsy-Flopsy talks about the west ventricle) that allows you to donate to Doctors Without Borders.  You should probably do that, right?  I mean, it’s not like a million people will watch our video, but if even one of you donate then it means Jerry and I haven’t been wasting our time making these silly videos.
